Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the app "First05" (the "App") provided by Rapro. By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. About the App
First05 is a focus app provided by Rapro for starting with short sessions and checking recorded focus time.
The app can be used without account registration.
2. Fees
The app can be used free of charge.
Paid features may be added in the future. If this happens, the details will be shown in the app or on the App Store in advance.
3. Record Data
The app stores focus time, number of sessions, streaks, longest session, and related records on the user's device.
Rapro does not send these records to external servers.
Records may be lost if the user changes devices, deletes the app, resets the device, or otherwise removes data stored on the device.
4. Apple Intelligence and On-Device Analysis
On supported devices and operating systems, the app may use Apple Intelligence or Apple on-device features to generate insight text from record data on the device.
This analysis is for display purposes only and is not used to save, change, or delete record data.
Unsupported devices or operating systems display template-based insights based on local data.
5. Prohibited Acts
Users must not engage in the following acts when using the app.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that interfere with operation of the app
- Acts intended to analyze, modify, or misuse the app
- Acts that cause disadvantage or damage to third parties or Rapro
- Other acts that Rapro determines to be inappropriate
6. Disclaimer
Rapro does not guarantee the operation of the app, accuracy of records, continuous availability, or that defects will not occur.
To the extent permitted by law, Rapro is not responsible for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, loss of record data, or differences caused by device environments.
7. Changes or Termination of the App
Rapro may change, suspend, or terminate the content of the app as necessary.
8. Changes to These Terms
Rapro may change these Terms as necessary. Updated terms will be shown in the app or on a web page managed by Rapro.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
